To view a Member's details, select Members > All Members. Then, locate and click on the member you'd like to view. This will open up the Member Profile drawer view.

Using the Member Profile view
In this view, you will see all member demographic information (such as name and email), their Member Status, personal referral code, personal referral URL, all referral/reward activity, plus much more.
Here’s how to check and modify a member’s properties with the Member Profile.
Main overview
At the top of the Member Profile view, you’ll find essential information about a member’s activity:
Member Status: Preapproved, Activated, or Disabled (learn more about Member Status here)
Date added/Date last active
If a member hasn’t been activated yet = how many days ago they were added
If a member has been activated at any point = how many days ago they were last active
Shares: Times the member clicked a share method
Reach: Number of (unique) people who heard about your program through that member’s sharing (includes both unconverted and converted referrals)
Referrals: Converted referrals that member brought in
Edit Properties
The Edit Properties button will open a pop-up window where you can edit the following info about a member:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone
External Identifier
Date of Birth
Address information
Referral Code
Custom Override URL
Custom Text fields
PayPal account
Wise account
More Options drop down
With the More Options drop down, you can take the following actions:
Manually add a referral for the member
Manually reward the member
Open the portal as the member
Migrate the member (switch the member to another program)
Resend their Welcome Email
Edit their email subscriptions
View their email history
View their Web Visit History
View their Program Activity Log
Disable/Enable the member
Delete the member
Important Note: If you delete a member, it will also delete their referral(s) and rewards.
Details Tab
View the member’s details in five organized categories:
Contact
View the member’s contact information.
Additional Fields
View any custom text and custom options you’ve entered for the member, including any PayPal and Wise email overrides.
Source
View the member’s create source, UTM information, and browser referrer URL.
Email Engagement
View the deliverability of emails sent to a member, as well as their engagement with emails (whether they opened, clicked, marked them as spam, or unsubscribed).
Fraud Rules
View how many referrals the member made that triggered fraud rules, organized by whether those referrals were allowed or blocked.
Referrals Tab
View all referrals associated with the member, including each referral’s status and create date.
Rewards Tab
View all rewards associated with the member, including each reward’s status and the date they were issued.
FAQ
Can you merge two Member Profiles into one?
You can't automatically merge two member profiles into one, but you can do it manually:
Take note of the referrals' details that the old member profile has attached to it (for example, First name, last name, email, address, etc.)
Ensure that the statuses of those referrals are noted
Delete the member profile you wish to no longer use
Find the correct member profile and add the referrals noted from the first step manually. Then, assign the appropriate referral status to each referral. Here's how to do so.
If the rewards have already been distributed for those referrals, you can just delete the reward when the referral is re-added.
