Yes, it is possible to move members from one program to another.
How it Works
When a member is migrated to another program, all their referrals and rewards will be moved to the new program. This can take several minutes to complete.
Warning - Existing share & portal URLs will not work after migration. You should send the member their new portal and share links after migrating
Instructions: Moving a Single Member
To move a member from one program to another:
Navigate to the Member's profile in the Referral Rock Admin site
Select the Actions drop-down in the top right corner of the profile
Select Program Migration
Confirm the program you wish to move the member to under the Destination Program. This must be an active program.
Confirm everything looks okay and select Migrate
Once the migration is complete, we recommend sending the member their new portal and share links.
Instructions: Bulk Member Migration via CSV
To bulk move Members from one program to another:
Select Actions on the top right
Select Bulk Import
Select Migrate Members
You only need one column in your import. The "memberkey_email" column is the most common but any column will work. Delete any columns you don't use.
Download the Member Migration Template
Edit and save the template to include information about the Members you wish to migrate (delete any columns you don't need)
Select Choose File to choose your edited CSV
Select the Destination Program. This must be an active program.
Select Migrate
