Overview

The Member List page gives you a list of all Members.

To access your list select Members > View All or click here.

Use the search bar at the top of the Member List to quickly search for matching member data across all columns.

Filter your member list

There are many ways to filter your member list.

Use the Quick Filter tabs at the top of the list to filter members by Member Status (All, Preapproved, Activated, or Disabled).

Use the Filters button to refine your member list based on values in any of the columns. Common filters include but are not limited to:

  • Member name

  • Email

  • Status

  • Program name

  • Created date (when member was added)

  • Total referrals

  • Last share

  • Last active date

  • Program Title

  • UTM Source/Medium/Campaign

  • Views

  • Email Shares

  • Social Shares

  • Update date

  • Last portal visit

  • Custom Option and Custom Text fields

Apply multiple filters at once with an AND or OR condition.

How can I identify my most active members with Member List filters?

To understand which program members are most active and sharing their referral links, let’s break down specific tracked fields that you can analyze and filter with the Member List:

Email Shares: This metric counts the number of times members use the email sharing option in the Member Portal or program emails. Essentially, it tracks when a member sends their referral link via email to someone else. Each click on the email share button is logged as one share.

Social Shares: This tracks the number of times members share their referral links on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn) directly through the Member Portal. Each click on a social share button is counted as one share.

Views: This metric refers to the number of times a referral link has been viewed by potential referrals. It’s essentially tracking the impressions or visits to the referral page generated by the shared links. This helps gauge how many people are actually engaging with the shared content.

Change your member list view

You can use the Columns button to show or hide the columns of your choice (use the search bar to quickly find the desired column).

You can’t hide the Member, Email, and Status columns.

You can also use the Density controls to toggle how close together the rows of members are displayed, based on your viewing preference.

Download Member List

If you would like to download a CSV of all members, choose All Members and click Export on the top right.

Otherwise, choose which filters you would like the list for, then click Export on the top right to download the filtered list.

You will receive a link to download the CSV in your email (valid for 60 minutes).

View Member Profile

Click on the name of any member to view their detailed Member Profile. (Learn more about the Member Profile view here.)

Bulk Actions

While viewing the Member List, you can also take Bulk Actions that affect multiple members.

  • Click the checkbox to the left of a member name to select that member and bring up the Bulk Actions dropdown

  • You can choose to enable, disable, or delete all the members you’ve selected.

Important Note: If you delete a member, it will also delete their referral(s) and rewards.

If you don't want to lose a member's data, you can disable them instead. This will keep their referral and reward data intact, without having the member count towards your member limit.
