Overview
Recruiter roles use this portal to bridge the gap between personal interactions and program enrollment. It is most commonly used by sales representatives or account managers who want to personally invite their contacts to become program members.
What we’ll cover in this article:
Before you start
In order to access the recruiter portal, an admin, manager, or supervisor role must create the recruiter role in the admin app using the add recruiter quick action.
The recruiter will then receive an email with the access link and a create password CTA for login when the access link expires.

Where to find the Recruiter Portal
To access your Recruiter Portal, navigate to the Referral Rock login page.
Enter your recruiter credentials to log in directly to your recruiter dashboard. If you forget your password, select the Reset Password link on the login page to receive a setup link via email.
Adding members
Recruiters have several ways to bring new members into the program. You can either provide your recruiter link for contacts to sign up themselves or add their details directly yourself to create their account instantly.
Sharing your recruiter link
The Share Your Link section allows you to distribute your unique tracking URL so that any new members who sign up are automatically attributed to you. Their associated Recruiter Source and Recruiter Assigned fields are updated.
You can add your customers or contacts as members in several ways:
Copy your personal sign-up link to your clipboard to share with contacts.
Select the QR Code button to display a code that contacts can scan in person to reach the sign-up page.
Select the Share button to send your link through apps installed on your device, such as WhatsApp, Slack, or SMS.
Adding members manually
You can manually add members to the program. This is ideal for "high-touch" service scenarios where a customer provides their information to you in person or over the phone, and you want to register them immediately rather than asking them to sign up themselves.
Select Add Member from the portal home screen.
Enter the contact's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Toggle the Email the member an invite to share? switch if you want to send them an Invite email.
Select the Send me a copy of the email checkbox if you wish to receive a duplicate for your records.
Select Add Member to finish.
Note: Once a member signs up through your recruiter link and is attributed to you, you will be able to see their information in your recruiter portal in the member list. If you don’t see a member on your recruiter portal, it’s likely because the program admin has changed their ‘Recruiter Assigned’ to another recruiter.
Managing members
The Recruiter Portal allows you to monitor the performance of members assigned to you and provide hands-on assistance when they need help with referrals or rewards.
Finding and viewing members
Select Find Members to view a list of all members assigned to you.
View the Last Active date to see when a member last interacted with the program.
View the Total Referrals count to see how many leads a specific member has generated.
Select a member’s Name to open their member profile view.
Understanding member profile
The member profile view provides a comprehensive look at an individual member's activity and status within your program and helps perform service actions.
Activity stats
The top of the profile displays key performance indicators for the member:
Shares: The number of times the member clicked a share method.
Reach: The number of converted and unconverted referrals they have reached.
Referrals: The total number of referrals this member has added.
Member details
Under the Details tab, you can find technical information about the member's account including:
Share Link: The member's unique URL for sharing the program.
Referral Code: The specific code assigned to this member.
Created Date: When the member was added to the program.
Last Active: The most recent date the member engaged with their portal.
You can also view member contact information, Paypal/wise email, and any custom fields configured by the admin on the program landing page.
Referrals
The Referrals tab lists every referral attributed to this member. This allows you to track the progress of their leads through your sales or qualification process.
Rewards
The Rewards tab displays any incentives the member has earned. You can use this to confirm if a reward has been issued or is still pending.
Member profile actions
Within a member's profile, you can perform high-touch service actions:
View Portal: Select Portal to open the member’s portal view. This allows you to walk them through the member portal and familiarize members with its various features. You can also answer member questions or troubleshoot.
Add Referral: Select + Referral to manually enter a referral on behalf of the member. This is useful for capturing leads received via phone calls or texts. Adding it for them provides better service and ensures the lead is captured even if the member forgets to use their portal.
Send Access Link: Select Access Link to email the member a "magic link" that logs them into their Member Portal automatically without a password. Use this if a member loses their link or forgets how to log in.
Note: Recruiters cannot edit existing member or referral data. You can only add new members and new referrals.
Warning: Adding referrals on behalf of members may not be suitable for regions with strict consent rules (e.g., GDPR) that require individuals to submit their own information. In this case, the members would have to share their share links with the referrals.
Understanding the member experience
When a member interacts with your recruiter link or is added manually, their experience is designed to be seamless while maintaining your attribution.
Signing up via link
When a contact clicks your personal recruiter link:
They arrive at the program landing page.
A banner appears at the top of the page confirming that you invited them to sign up.
Once they complete registration, they are automatically assigned to you in the system and appear on your recruiter portal.

Receiving an Access Link
If you send a member an Access Link (from member profile actions), the member receives an email with a magic link that takes them directly to their Member Portal.
