To view a reward’s details, select Rewards > All Rewards. Then, locate and click on the reward you'd like to view. This will open up the Reward Profile drawer view.
Using the Reward Profile view
In this view, you will see all key information about a reward, including its status, recipient, source (status based or manual), create date, and updated date.
Here’s how to check on, and issue, rewards with the Reward Profile.
Main overview
At the top of the Reward Profile view, you’ll find essential information about a reward:
Type of reward (member or referral) and associated Program
Name of reward
Description of reward (if added when reward was added)
Date the reward was created (for rewards not yet issued) OR Date the reward was issued
Reward Status: Pending, Issued, or Scheduled
Recipient
Quantity of reward (for coupons and custom rewards) or cash value of reward (for PayPal, Wise, and Gift Cards)
Issue Reward
The Issue Reward button is only available if a reward hasn’t been issued yet. Click the “Issue Reward” button to issue the reward (send it to the recipient.)
You can also view the reward email the recipient will receive, and/or write a note about the reward for your records (the recipient can’t access this note.)
Note: Once a reward is issued, it cannot be recalled – so be sure you’re ready to send the reward before you click Issue Reward.
More Actions drop-down
With the More Actions drop-down, you can take the following actions:
View the reward’s Activity Log (its Payment History)
Edit the reward
This option is only available if the reward has not yet been issued.
Use this option to change the reward to any of the other Payouts you’ve set up, add a description, or edit the reward amount (quantity).
Editing a reward will NOT issue the reward
Delete the reward
Reward Details
View the reward’s details:
Source (Status Based or Manual)
Status Based = automatically created when a referral’s status is updated
Manual = Created by manually updating the reward
Referral
Created Date
Last Reward Update
Issued Date (if issued)
Issued Note (if issued)
Internal ID
Payment Details
View the details of the payment (this option is only available if a reward is issued):

Last Payment Update
Issued Amount
Destination (where the reward, or email notifying the recipient they’ve earned the reward, is sent)
Sent Email (view the reward email sent to the recipient)
Rollback Date (if the payment failed, date it failed)
Rollback Note (if the payment failed, reason the payment failed)
Rollback Amount (if the payment failed, amount returned/not paid out)

Example of a completed, successful payment:
If a payment fails, the Rollback Date, Rollback Note, and Rollback Amount will give you details about when and why the payment failed so you can rectify the issue.
Rollback Date - when the rollback happened
Rollback Note - reason for the rollback
Rollback Amount - amount returned
This way, if you're asked about the status of a reward, you can see exactly what happened with every payout attempt.
