Once your account is funded, the updated balance will appear on the Payouts page in Referral Rock.
Note: Funding times vary depending on the funding method. Visit Wise's support article if funds are delayed.
Note: Depending on how you fund your account, Wise may charge a funding fee. Use Wise's transparency calculator to review fee details for each funding option.
Issue Wise Rewards
Review Your Payout Cards
Once your Wise account is connected, the Payouts page displays one Wise payout card per currency in your connected Wise Business account. Each card shows:
Total amount owed in that currency

What Happens After a Payout Is Issued
After you issue a Wise payout, Wise automatically sends an email to the reward recipient. The email includes a link for the recipient to complete the transfer by creating or logging in to a Wise account and entering their bank details.
Once the recipient completes the transfer:
Both the recipient and your account receive email confirmations.
The payment appears as "processing" in Wise with an estimated delivery date.
Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's bank.
Note: If multiple Wise rewards are issued to the same recipient at the same time, they are combined into a single payment.
Tip: To improve redemption rates, contact our support team to enable "earned reward emails" for your account. This sends recipients a notification before the Wise payment email arrives so they know to expect it.
Add or Edit a Member's Wise Email
Open the member's profile.
Select Edit Properties.
Enter or update the email in the Wise Account field.
Save the changes.
Manage Unclaimed Rewards
If a recipient does not claim their Wise payment within 1 week, Wise automatically returns the funds to your Wise Business account.
When a payment is returned, the following happens in Referral Rock:
The payment shows as Rollback in Payment History.
The reward reverts to Pending status so it can be reissued.
Admins receive a notification if the reward is not on an automated payout schedule.
