Overview
Integrated Login Links (also known as One Click Access Links) are used by Admin, Manager, and Operator roles to provide a seamless sharing experience for members. For Multi-org accounts, Operator and Supervisor roles can create Integrated Login Links for programs they have permission to access.
This feature is most commonly used to invite new members to a program or re-engage existing members by removing the friction of a login screen.
What we’ll cover in this article:
Note: Integrated Login Links are an advanced feature, and are mainly meant to add your external email platforms and apps.
We highly recommend using Referral Rock’s built-in emails to invite your contacts and continually promote your program, alongside our Discovery Paths to easily place program links in places where your contacts already interact with your brand.
Before you start
Program status: Ensure your referral program is Active. Integrated Login Links cannot be built for draft or inactive programs.
Engagement planning: Focus on moments when members are most engaged, such as immediately after a purchase or after receiving a positive support resolution
Identify multiple channels: Identify the common channels (marketing website, app, email) you can use to host links and promote your referral program.
Tip: We recommend promoting your program both directly and indirectly by adding your Integrated Login Links to multiple touchpoints in the user lifecycle.
Refer to Discovery Paths for where to place Integrated Login Links.

Select Start Building Your Link.
Step 2: Choose Program
Select the active program you want to promote.

Note: If your program is not listed, navigate to Programs in the left navigation bar to activate it.
Step 3: Select Location
Select one or multiple locations from the following categories to host your One Click Access links:

Review the generated links and specific instructions for each selected location.
Select the Copy icon next to a link to use it immediately.
Select Save at the top of the page to bookmark the page or share with others.
Understanding the Member Experience
The member experience changes based on whether the person is a new or existing member and their current login status.
First Visit (New Member)
When a new member clicks the Integrated Login link, Referral Rock automatically creates their member account and adds them to your Member List.
They are then taken directly to the Member Portal, where they can access their share links, view referral and reward information, and update their details. They will stay logged in on that device for up to 365 days unless they clear their cookies. (Video: 1:46)
Returning Visit (Same Device)
If a member clicks the link from a device where they have a valid cookie and have not logged out, they are taken to the full Portal with all sharing and reward/referral details visible. (Video: 0:54)
Returning Visit (New Device or Logged Out)
To protect sensitive data while still encouraging sharing, Referral Rock locks certain areas of the portal if an existing member is on a new device, if their cookie has expired, or if they previously logged out. (Video: 0:54)
Members can still access their share links and share the program.
Members must log in via the passwordless experience to view referrals, rewards, or update account details.
Protected areas are marked with a Lock icon.
