Referral Rock's Passwordless Authentication is a great option for streamlining member's access to their sharing dashboard.
Passwordless Authentication will:
Increase program engagement by making it easier for members to access their Portal and start sharing
Simplify access by combining login and registration page into one page

How Passwordless Works
People will see the passwordless authentication page any time they visit a secure area of the member portal and are not logged in.
A user can login/register with five options:
Continue with Google
Continue with Facebook
Continue with Apple
Continue with Microsoft
Continue with Google / Facebook / Apple / Microsoft are Single-Sign-On (SSO) options that use the credentials from an existing account. When selected the user will automatically register/log in using that platform and be redirected to their member dashboard.
To edit the language strings on any Passwordless screens, navigate to the Portal page of the Program Editor. Select Authentication from the page drop down and then select 'Edit Page'.
Continue with Email
When Continue with Email is selected, the individual will be asked to enter their email address. Once the email address is submitted, Referral Rock checks to see if the email address is already associated with an account or not.
If no account exists:
Referral Rock will create a new member account using the email address provided. In this case, the individual will be asked to enter their name and then new member will be redirected to their member dashboard to begin sharing.
For programs with closed registration, the 'pending member' message will display after their name is entered, rather than redirecting them to their member dashboard.
If the email address is associated with an existing member account:
An access link will be sent to the email address provided. This access link inside of this email will automatically log in the member to their account (and keep them logged in for up to 90 days).
FAQs
With Passwordless, will members still receive a Registration Email?
The Registration & Registration Reminder emails have been rebranded as the Welcome and Welcome Reminder emails when the Passwordless feature is turned on for your account. The default copy for these emails have been simplified now that members no longer need to take the additional step of creating a password.
