Yes, you can limit program sign-ups so people will have to request access to join your referral program.
When your program has been made private, any member who has not been imported or added as a pre-approved member will request to join by completing the sign-up form on your Program Landing Page.
They will only gain access to the program after you have approved them from your Member Requests.
If you already have a list of people you want to join, you may import them via a CSV file to enroll them in your program. See our Import Guide for more details.
Member Access Settings
To make your program private, Select your Program and use the edit shortcut to open the program editor.
From within the Program Editor, navigate to the banner at the top click on the gear toggle on the right-hand side of the screen, and select 'Access Settings'
Under Access Mode select Request Approval.
Edit the Pending Member Display Message as desired and select Save.
Once saved, when a member requests to join, you will be notified via email.

When you are ready to approve a member's request to join a program, just click on your Members tab from your dashboard home and select 'Requests' from the dropdown menu (or click here).
