The Program Activity logs show the details of changes made that are associated with your programs. To access these logs, navigate to Logs > Program Activity or click here.
Program Activity logs can only be viewed by an Administrator.
Program Activity Filters
Filter, sort and locate Program Activity details with the following options:
Filter by Create Date - Filter activity by the date the change was made.
Origins Dropdown - Filter by what or who caused the change.
Groups Dropdown - a high-level overview of grouped categories that you can filter by. For example, the Rewards group includes events like Reward Add, Reward Delete, Reward Issue, and Reward Update.
Category Dropdown - Allows you to filter by a specific event.
Date - The date that the change was made.
Category - The type of change that happened. Categories include:
Coupon Issue: Coupon was sent to member or referral
Coupon Redeem: Member or referral redeemed a coupon
CRM Duplicate Record
Email Block List Add: Member or referral unsubscribed from all emails, or an admin unsubscribed them from all emails, putting their email address on the Email Block List
Email Block List Remove: Member's or referral's email address was removed from the Email Block List
Email Campaign Add: Engagement email campaign was created.
Email Campaign Update: Engagement email campaign was modified.
Email Campaign Sent: Engagement email campaign was sent.
Fraud Trigger Allowed: A referral triggered a fraud rule but was added because the fraud rule was turned off
Fraud Trigger Blocked: A referral was not added due to a fraud rule
Import Member: Member was imported from a CSV list.
Import Referral Add: Referral was imported from a CSV list and associated with a member

Member Access Link Requested: Member requested an access link via Passwordless Authentication
Member Activate: A member first engaged with your program (visited the portal, shared with a friend, or added a referral)
Member Add: A member was successfully added to a program
Member Add Failure: A member could not be added to a program
Member Delete
Member Disable: Admin manually disabled member OR member was disabled automatically because member limit was exceeded
Member Enable: Previously disabled member was enabled (became preapproved if they did not engage with the program before, or activated if they have any history of engaging with the program)
Member Email Update: Email address updated for member
Member Login: Member logged into their Member Portal
Member Program Migration: Member was moved from one program to another.
Member Request Delete: A request to join a program that requires preapproval was deleted
Member Request Deny: Someone who requested to become a member (of a program that requires preapproval) was denied access
Member Share: Member shared their link with a friend
Member Update: Information (ex. name or contact information) was updated for a Member in their Member Profile.
Payout Transaction Status Update
Pending Member Potential Invite Added
Preapproved Member Add: Member was added as preapproved (this member counts towards your member limit and can receive activation campaigns, but won't get automated member emails)
Preapproved Member Delete
Program Invite Accepted
Recurring Reward Enrollment Add: Member was enrolled into active recurring rewards
Recurring Reward Enrollment Update: Member's recurring rewards enrollment was modified
Referral Action: Event happened outside of Referral Rock (say, in your e-commerce store, CRM, or billing system) that triggered a reward issue. These actions are needed to issue recurring rewards.

Referral Update: Information (ex. name or contact information) was updated for a Referral in their Referral Profile

Reward Issue: Reward was issued, meaning a Member or Referral earned a reward and was sent the reward (or the instructions on how to claim the reward)
Reward Update: Information (such as description of payout) was updated for a Reward in its Reward Profile
Reward Transaction Complete: Payout was successfully sent to member or referral
Reward Transaction Rolled Back: Payout failed to send to member or referral
Sales Entry Complete: Action (referral add or referral update) triggered a sync between your CRM and Referral Rock
Salesforce Manual Sender Event
Details - High-level details of the change made. Select "More Details" to show exactly what changes were made.
Origin - What or who caused the change.
