Funding Payouts

Instructions for funding your reward payouts

Funding your payouts depends on the payout type. See below for instructions on each.


Coupons

First, navigate to the Payouts page.

Select the settings wheel on the Coupon Set you wish to fund and choose Manage Coupon Set. From there, you can see coupons owed, coupons redeemed, and adjust your coupon settings.

Coupon codes can be imported into Referral Rock, you may choose for Referral Rock to randomly generate codes on your behalf, or you may set a fixed coupon code.

Custom Rewards

First, navigate to the Payouts page.

Find the Custom Reward card related to the reward rule that you previously created. From there, you may edit the Recipient email send when the reward is received as well as the option to customize the units of the custom reward to best fit what the reward is.

Gift Cards

First, navigate to the Payouts page.

From the settings icon on the Gift Cards card, you may select Manage Account to view funding instructions (by credit card or ACH transfer), set a low amount notification, and view funding history. You may also customize the email for each type of gift card associated with your reward rules.

When funding your gift card account with a credit card, you will be sent a security code to the email address used to setup the Tango account. Enter that code in the box provided in order to proceed with funding the account.

For security purposes, Tango applies default credit card funding limits to each account on a platform:

  • For the first 72 hours after registering a new credit card, a maximum of three funding transactions for a maximum of $1,000.00 each can be made in a rolling 24 hour period.

  • Credit cards registered for longer than 72 hours can be used to make a maximum of three funding transactions for a maximum of $3,000.00 each in a rolling 24 hour period.

PayPal

You will fund your PayPal rewards from your PayPal business account. Follow the setup instructions for PayPal found here.

The Settings icon from the Payout page allows you to manage your account including low balance alerts and the Recipient Email.

PayPal's Available Balance cannot be displayed because only PayPal partners can view account balance. Please check your PayPal account manually.

Funding can take 3-5 business days to appear in account.

Wise

You will fund your Wise rewards from your Wise business account. Follow the setup instructions for Wise found here.

From the Settings icon located on the Wise cards of the Payouts page, you can manage your Wise connection and your low balance notification.
