This article covers what to expect when you receive a gift card reward through a referral program powered by Referral Rock. Gift cards are fulfilled by Tango, Referral Rock's gift card partner, and are delivered digitally to the email address on your Referral Rock profile.

Before You Start
Your gift card reward is sent to the email address on your Referral Rock profile. Make sure that email address is correct before your reward is issued.
If your reward was sent to the wrong email address, contact your program admin for assistance.
Redeeming Your Gift Card
Redeeming a Reward Link
Reward Link lets you choose your own reward from hundreds of retail and charity options. Rewards are country-based, so the available gift cards are based on your specific country.
Open the reward email sent to your email address.
Select the Redemption Link in the email.
Browse the available gift cards and select the one you want.
Enter the amount you want to apply to that gift card.
Confirm your order.
Receive your digital gift card by email.
Note: You can split your reward amount across multiple retailer gift cards.

Redeeming a Global Choice Link
Global Choice Link works the same way as Reward Link, but includes gift card options that are available across multiple countries and currencies.
Open the reward email sent to your email address. The reward amount will be listed in USD, GBP, EUR, or CAD
Select the Redemption Link in the email.
Select your location and desired currency.
Browse gift cards available in your country or region.
Select the gift card you want and enter the amount in your local currency. (You will see the exchange rate applied at this step.)
Confirm your order.
Receive your digital gift card by email.
Note: Rewards are converted to your local currency at no additional fee.You can split your reward amount across multiple retailer gift cards.
Redeeming a Prepaid Card
If your reward is a prepaid Mastercard, you will receive it digitally or physically depending on the option available.
Open the reward email sent to your email address.
Select the Redemption Link in the email.
Enter your information on the prepaid card site to receive your card.
If you select a digital card, it will be delivered to your email.
If you select a physical card, enter your mailing address. A small delivery fee will apply.
Warning: Your prepaid Mastercard expires four months from the issue date and seven months from the redemption date. Funds are forfeited if not redeemed before the expiration date.
Receiving a Donation Confirmation
If the program rewards you with a charitable donation, Tango sends the funds directly to the charity on your behalf. No action is required from you.
You will receive a donation confirmation email from Tango as your receipt.
Note: Save your confirmation email as proof of donation for tax purposes.
FAQ
I didn't receive my reward email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, confirm with the program admin that the correct email address is on your Referral Rock profile. If your email is incorrect or you need the reward email resent, let your program admin know.
My prepaid Mastercard expired. Can I still access my funds?
Prepaid Mastercards expire four months after they are issued, and seven months after they are redeemed. Funds that are not redeemed before the expiration date are forfeited. Contact your program admin if you have questions about your specific reward.
Can I split my Reward Link balance across multiple gift cards?
Yes. When redeeming a Reward Link or Global Choice Link, you can enter the amount you want to apply to each gift card, allowing you to use your balance across multiple selections.
What's Next?
Questions about your reward email
If you’ve lost your reward email, you can resend an unredeemed gift card to the email address that you already have on file.
In your Member Portal > My Rewards, click on the reward you’d like to resend, then click "Resend Email.”
If your reward was sent to the wrong email address, please contact your program admin.
