When a Prepaid Mastercard reward is issued via Tango, you will receive an email with a redemption link. This article walks you through how you can complete redemption, and what you should expect afterwards.

Before You Start
You must have received a Prepaid Mastercard Reward email from Tango.
Per card regulations, you must redeem your Mastercard within four (4) months of it being issued.
Once redeemed, the card must be used within seven (7) months of redemption.
Warning: Failure to redeem within four (4) months of issuance will result in an expired card.
Redeem Your Prepaid Mastercard
Select Your Card Type
Open your Prepaid Mastercard Reward email.
Select the Redemption Link.
Choose your preferred card format:
Option 1: Virtual Card
Delivered digitally for immediate use.
Accepted online or over the phone anywhere Mastercard Debit is accepted.
Option 2: Physical Card
A physical card is mailed to you.
A shipping and handling fee of USD $3.00 applies.
Note: The Physical Card option may not be available in all cases.
Enter Your Details
On the next page, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Address.
Select Submit to complete your redemption.
This information is associated with your card account for online purchases and security purposes.
Note: If you encounter an issue with the redemption link, you can also redeem your Digital Token directly at www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com.
After Redemption
Virtual Card
Your card details are available immediately after redemption. Use your card online or over the phone anywhere Mastercard Debit is accepted.
Physical Card
Delivery times vary by location:
United States: 7-10 business days
Canada: 10-14 business days
All other locations: Refer to the confirmation page during redemption for estimated shipping times.
What's Next?
Resend a reward
If you’ve lost your reward email, you can resend an unredeemed Prepaid Mastercard to the email address that you already have on file.
In your Member Portal > My Rewards, click on the reward you’d like to resend, then click "Resend Email.”
Please contact your program admin if you need your reward sent to a different email address.

You can redeem your Digital Token directly at www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com as an alternative to the link in your email.
What happens if I don’t redeem my card within four months?
Per card regulations, Mastercard gift cards expire if not redeemed within four (4) months of issuance.
How long do I have to use my card after redeeming it?
Once redeemed, a Prepaid Mastercard must be used within seven (7) months of the redemption date.
