Recruiter Portal for Reps

How to access your portal, add members, and manage their accounts

The Recruiter Portal is where you can directly add your customers or contacts as members into your referral program. From your portal, you can:

  1. Add members directly

  2. Share your personal sign-up link or QR code

  3. View all your members

  4. Access each member's Member Portal to:

    1. Add referrals on behalf of members

    2. Answer questions about their referrals or rewards

Accessing the Recruiter Portal

To access your Recruiter Portal use the Referral Rock login page. If you forgot or need to set your password? Visit the Reset Password page to request a set password link.

Adding Members

You can add your customers or contacts as members in several ways:

  • Copy Your Link – this link will send people to your program sign-up page

  • QR Code Button – Perfect for in-person interactions. Just have your contact scan the QR code to access the sign-up page

  • Share Button – Use the share button to share using a app on your device (e.g., Messages, WhatsApp, Slack)

  • Add Yourself – Quickly type in someone’s information and add them directly

You can also send Member Invites from the Member Add side panel in your Recruiter Portal.

What your customers will see after clicking your link:

  1. When someone clicks your shared link, they arrive on the program’s sign-up page.

  2. A banner at the top confirms that you invited them to sign up.

  3. Once they sign up, they are automatically assigned to you and appear in your Recruiter Portal.

Managing Your Members

See all members assigned to you to by clicking "Find Members."

For each member you can:

  1. View their last active date

  2. See their total number of referrals

  3. Click their name to

    1. Open their Member Portal

    2. Add referrals on their behalf

      1. This allows recruiters to provide high-touch service by adding referrals received via text or call.

      2. Note that this is not suitable if your business or region has consent rules (e.g., GDPR) requiring self-submission.

    3. Email them an Access Link (magic login link)

    4. Check the status of referrals or rewards

Note: Recruiters cannot edit existing member or referral data - you can only add new members and referrals as a recruiter.

Example: If Joanna, one of your members, asks “Where’s my coupon?”, you can open her Member Portal to check her reward and explain: “It will be sent after the 30-day refund period passes.”
