My Rewards Tab

Adjust the settings for the My Rewards Tab on the Member Portal

Updated over a week ago

My Rewards Tab 2.0 is turned on for all new accounts (signed March 7, 2024 or after).

If your account was created before then (or you’re not sure), submit a request to get the feature turned on for your account (select Enable new features > Member Portal - Referrals & rewards card layout).

For the Legacy My Rewards Tab, please check here.

The Rewards Tab on the Member Portal keeps your members up to date on their rewards and whether or not they have been fulfilled.

Settings

To edit the My Rewards Tab:

  1. Navigate to the Portal Page of the Program Editor.

  2. Select My Rewards from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Edit Page.

Enable or Disable

The My Rewards tab is Enabled by default. You may choose not to show your members their Rewards page by disabling it.

Associated Referral Name Display

The Associated Referral name is enabled and displayed by default. You may disable it to hide the referral's name on both the Rewards Page and the CSV export.

Customize Units & Currency for Reward Amount

Units and Currency (for example, USD) are set at the Payout Level. Edit the relevant Payout if you need to edit them.

Portal Language

Update the language for the Rewards Tab by clicking on the Edit Text option at the top left corner of your screen. You may update the Headers, Labels, Descriptions, Filters, Properties, and more.

Member Experience

Members will access their My Rewards tab to understand what rewards they've earned, the status of those rewards, and any relevant details.

Here's how the experience will look for your members.

To see a live version of the Member Portal follow the Member Sharing Testing Instructions.

Zero State

If no rewards exist, members will see a share option. This provides a much better experience than an empty table. Once a reward is earned, it will replace the share options.

When a member clicks on the share button a pop-up will appear listing the available sharing options for that device. Alternatively, members can copy the Share link directly.

Switching Between Card and Table View

By default, rewards will show in a Card View, including key details (Date, Amount, Referral, Coupon Code, etc.). You may switch to the Table View by clicking the top right corner icon symbolizing a list.

Rewards Details

Clicking on a specific reward will show any additional reward details relevant to that reward including coupon code, email reward sent to, etc..

Search, Filter, Sort

Search, Filters and Sort options help members manage and find their rewards. Search for rewards in the search bar. Filter rewards by Reward Status, Create Date, and more. Sort columns.
