How to use tables to organize members, referrals, and rewards.

If you prefer the classic views / not ready to switch? Follow these instructions for accessing the old views.

Table Overview

Use Tables to configure how you view and interact with your member, referral, and reward data.

The toolbar lets you:

  • Search for specific records

  • Show/hide columns

  • Filter Data

  • Set density (how you view your records)

  • Export relevant data

Search Bar: look up any table record by name, email, or ID (searches all data for that table regardless of any set filters)

Columns: Show/hide the fields you want to see. You can also click on any column to bring up additional options:

  • Pin to left or right

  • Filter by column data

  • Hide a column

  • Drag it to another location

  • Resize it

Individual Column Settings

Filters: Select columns, operators, and values to filter your data. Apply multiple filters at once with an AND or OR condition.

Export a filtered list at any time using the “Export” button.

Density: Choose from compact, standard, or comfortable to set the row height to match your viewing preference.

Export: Click to export the current table view, with any filters applied. You’ll receive the report via email.

Member Table

Use Quick Filters to sort members by the following categories

  • All: show all members in your program

  • Activated: members who have engaged with your program (visited your Member Portal, shared, or added a referral)

  • Inactive: members who have never visited your Member Portal or engaged with your emails

  • Disabled: members who you’ve manually disabled or members you were unable to deliver an email to (ex. they entered a bad email address)

Referral Table

Use Quick Filters to sort referrals by their referral status:

  • All

  • Pending

  • Qualified

  • Approved

  • Denied

Reward Table

Use Quick Filters to sort rewards by the following categories:

  • All

  • Pending – Ineligible

  • Pending – Eligible

  • Scheduled

  • Issued

Profile Views

Whenever you click on a member or referral, it'll open a profile view with all the details and a list of actions. The profile views can be opened from anywhere without having to navigate to a new page or tab.

Profile Navigation:

  • Expand and contract the accordion menus to view and hide more data

  • View associated tabs for more details

  • Click on any field to copy it to your clipboard

  • Optimized for mobile and any screensize

Member Profile

Click a member name from anywhere to open the profile view with detailed information and actions on that member.

Common actions include:

  • Check the member's stats

  • Edit associated properties

  • Add/Associate a referral

  • Add a reward

  • Resend a welcome email

  • View history

  • Disable or Delete the member

Referral Profile

Click a referral name from anywhere to open the profile view with detailed information and actions on that referral.

Common actions include:

  • Updating a referral's status

  • Edit associated properties

  • Add the referral as a member

  • Add a reward

  • View history

  • Delete the referral
