After you have created your rewards rules you can edit your reward emails. Your reward emails can be modified on the Emails page of your Program Editor.
Once a reward rule has been created, the associated email will appear on the Emails page under the Reward Payout Emails section.
Select the Edit icon next to each payout to edit the email.
The editor for Tango gift card emails or PayPal payments will look like this. You can edit the subject line and text, but the formatting is preset for you.
Reward emails for coupons or other custom reward options will look like this. You have more options to customize these emails with your branding.
Note: Wise payout emails cannot be adjusted- these emails are preset by Wise.
Reward Emails can also be modified on your payouts page by selecting Settings > Payouts or by clicking here.
Find the payout card associated with the reward email that you wish to edit, click on the gray gear icon in the payout widget and select Recipient Email from the drop down.
