To view emails by Program:
1. Select Programs > click the desired program.
2. Select either View Email History to view the Email Log for this particular program, or View Email Campaigns to view all campaigns for this program.
To view emails by Member:
1. Select Members or click here.
2. Click on a member to open their Member Profile.
3. Select More Options > Email History.
4. You can then view that member's detailed Email Log across all programs they are part of:
View percentages of emails pending, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, undelivered, marked as spam, and unsubscribed
Filter emails by status (pending, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, undelivered, spam, or unsubscribed)
Filter emails by Create Date or Email Type
Check which individual emails were delivered, which were sent but not delivered, and which were undeliverable
Click on an individual email for more details, such as its type and delivery status
Note: Only custom payout emails and coupon payout emails are viewable in the Email Log. Payout notification emails sent through Tango, PayPal, or Wise are delivered by the payout provider directly, so they won't appear here.
