Get notified about key program events

Overview

Referral Rock’s Notifications let you know about key program activities, so it’s easy to keep tabs on member, referral, and reward activity.

Before You Start

  • You’ll only be able to see the notifications for the program(s) you manage.

  • Available notifications are determined by your role, so you might not be allowed to see or enable notifications for every action listed below.

  • If you don’t see the notification bell icon at all, these notifications might not yet be enabled on your account. Contact our Success team if you’d like them enabled.

Where to Find Notifications

On any page of your admin dashboard, click the bell icon on the top right to open your list of notifications. .
