On the Custom (Manual) Rewards icon on the Reward Payouts page, you will be able to manage your previously created manual rewards (i.e., Swag Hoodie in the example below).
From there, you may edit the Recipient email sent when the reward is received as well as the option to customize the units of the custom reward to best fit what the reward is.
