Referral Profile View

Updated this week

To view a referral’s details, select Referrals > All Referrals. Then, locate and click on the referral you'd like to view. This will open up the Referral Profile drawer view.

Take a tour of the Referral Profile view.

Using the Referral Profile view

In this view, you will see all referral demographic information (such as name and email), their Referral Status, Referral Visits, Page Views, reward activity, and much more.

Want to quickly access a certain referral profile? Use the pin button above the referral's name to add it to your shortcuts in the nav menu.

Here’s how to check and modify a referral’s properties with the Referral Profile.

Main overview

At the top of the Referral Profile view, you’ll find essential information about a referral:

  • Referral Status: Pending, Qualified, Approved, or Denied

  • # Days Ago Last Updated

  • Referral Visits: Number of visits they’ve made to your landing page and website

  • Page Views: Number of pages viewed during all of their referral visits

Updating a referral status from the Referral Profile

You can update a referral’s status from the Referral Profile. Click on the status to bring up a drop down menu, then select the new status for the referral.

  • If a referral’s status is Pending, you can change that status to Qualified, Approved, or Denied.

  • If a referral’s status is Qualified, you can change that status to Pending, Approved or Denied.

  • If a Referral’s status is Denied, you can change their status to Pending, Qualified, or Approved.

  • If a referral’s status is Approved, you can revert their status to Pending or Qualified, but not Denied.

    • A referral's reward will still exist if their status is reverted, but you can still choose when to issue that reward if it's a manual issue.

    • If a referral's status is moved back to Pending or Qualified from Approved, this won't create a new reward.

When you're updating a Referral Status to Qualified or Approved, you can enter the sale amount, an optional note to the member who sent the referral, and a private note that only program admins can see.

If you’re updating a Referral Status to Approved, this status will create member and referral rewards and send a message.
