What is Global Search?
Global Search lets you search all of your programs and find any member or referral in seconds.
If you need to quickly locate a member or referral, use the Global Search bar to find them by name.
At the top of any admin portal page, type in their name in the “Find referrals and members” search bar.
Even before you open their profile, you can see their email address, program, and status at a glance.
Then, click on their name to open their member profile or referral profile directly.
When to use Global Search?
Use Global Search to quickly find a member or referral, in order to:
Add a referral for a specific member
Add or issue a reward for them
Edit their contact information
Edit the emails a member will receive
View that member’s / referral’s activity at a glance
Reassign their recruiter
