How do I enable it?
If you're an existing customer, the universal support center can be enabled in your portal brand settings (on by default for new accounts).
What languages are supported?
For starters, it's just in English.
Can I link to it from other areas?
Sure! That's a great way to reduce the questions you may get, while still providing a great experience.
What, will my members get confused with the content?
No. We purposely wrote the content to make sure it works for all members.
How often are their updates?
Our team will be monitoring the usage and will periodically make updates to the universal support center.
Can I hide or add articles?
No. If you don't want your program people to access certain articles, you're out of luck. However you're welcome to the support center content into your own and maintain it yourself, then replace the links in your portal.
