How can I change or cancel my subscription?

To change, pause or cancel your Referral Rock subscription:

  1. Select Settings > Billing

  2. Under Administration, select Modify Plan & Add-ons to change your subscription. To cancel or pause your subscription, select Cancel Plan.

  3. Go through the prompts and submit.

Pausing your subscription allows your account to stay active for a minimal fee per month. If you cancel your subscription, you may not be able to reactivate in the future.

Change Subscription to Pay As You Go

Referral Rock offers a Pay As You Go plan where you pay a low base fee plus a small fee per referral.

To change to Pay As You Go, navigate to Settings > Billing > Convert to Pay As You Go

Upgrade your Subscription

Referral Rock offers a few upgrade options. From the billing portal, add additional programs, members in batches of 10k, and an additional 10 admin users.

All of these upgrades can be managed by going to Settings > Billing and then selecting Manage Add-ons.

Select any Plan adjustments that you wish to make, then click update to confirm the changes.

Save and review your changes to confirm your new subscription.

Note: If you are on an annual or six-month plan, the amount will be prorated to match your next billing date.
