Referral Rock allows you to customize your preferred "From" and "Reply To" email addresses for all of your program and campaign emails.

In order to change your outbound email settings, navigate to Settings > Branding > Email or click here.

On this page, you may change your From Name, From Email as well as your Reply To email address. These settings will apply to all program and campaign emails.

Keep in mind, the deliverability of your emails will only be improved when you add the same domain that is included in your From email address as your Authorized Sending Domain. This feature is available on our Professional Plus and Engage Plus plans.

For example, if you set your From Email Address to 'email@example.com', you will should add 'example.com' as your Authorized Sending Domain.

Navigate to Settings > Branding > Email or click here and select Template Settings under Email Templates.

To create your own custom template, navigate to Settings > Branding > Email or click here and select Add Template under Email Templates.

Here you can name the template, insert the raw HTML, and use our merge tags to personalize your email.
