Within the Site Settings section of your account you can update your basic settings such as business logo, name, tagline, and website.

You can manage your Standard Domain or setup your Custom Domain under the Domain tab.

  • Reply-to-Email Address: The default email address that outbound email campaigns can reply to

This is where you can add external tracking to your referral pages. For more information on our Google Analytics 4 integration, how to set up your account, and how to start tracking your Referral Rock pages, read our article on setting up Google Analytics.

Domain Settings

Navigation: Main Admin Page > Settings > Branding > Domain or click here

Users have two domain options:

  • Standard Domain: Your account's default domain which is hosted by Referral Rock

  • Custom Domain: Use a subdomain of your own website to mask over your standard domain. All member and referral links will use this custom domain, rather than the standard domain. (Professional Plus and Engage Plus customers only).

Any changes to the Standard Domain are permanent. Any links to the name your previous Standard Domain will no longer work!

Number of Domains per Account

Each account is associated with a single standard domain. All of the programs on your account will be associated with the chosen standard domain.

Your standard domain will look something like: yourcompanyname.referralrock.com

Customers with our premium branding feature may setup a custom domain to mask over the standard domain.
