Overview
If your organization restricts outbound internet traffic or uses strict firewall policies, your employees may experience issues accessing our platform.
Because Referral Rock utilizes Cloudflare to optimize performance, enhance security, and deliver our services globally, network requests to our site will route through Cloudflare's public Anycast network.
To ensure uninterrupted access for your team, your network administration team will need to whitelist Cloudflare's public IP ranges in your corporate firewall or secure web gateway.
Why are Cloudflare IPs required?
We use a reverse-proxy setup to protect our origin servers and speed up page load times. This means your users' web browsers connect directly to Cloudflare’s distributed data centers rather than our internal infrastructure.
Whitelisting only our server's IP address will not work, as traffic must safely pass through Cloudflare first.
Official Cloudflare IP Ranges
Cloudflare maintains a dedicated, public list of all their IPv4 and IPv6 network blocks.
To prevent connection drops, your IT team must allow all of the ranges provided by Cloudflare, as user traffic may route through different data centers depending on their location and network health.
You can view the live, definitive list of addresses directly at the following link:

Recommended Configuration for IT Administrators
Allow Outbound HTTPS Traffic: Ensure that your firewall permits outbound traffic over ports
80(HTTP) and443(HTTPS) to the Cloudflare CIDR blocks listed above.Automate Firewall Updates (Optional): Cloudflare rarely changes its IP footprint, but it does occasionally add new ranges. If your firewall supports dynamic feeds, your network team can query Cloudflare's live IPs API endpoint to keep your rule lists updated automatically.
Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) & SSL Decryption: If your corporate proxy performs SSL inspection, ensure that our domain
[yourdomain.com]is excluded from decryption if your users experience websocket or persistent connection drops.
Still having trouble?
If your IT team has whitelisted these ranges and your employees are still blocked, please capture the Cloudflare Ray ID (displayed at the bottom of any error or block page) and contact our Support Team.
